1. What we collect

• Account info — your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see your password in plain text).
• Study material — the notes, slides, and text you upload or paste, plus the flashcards, quizzes, guides, and notes you generate and save.
• Basic usage — simple activity records (like which days you studied) that power features such as your streak.

2. How we use it

Only to run the Service: signing you in, storing your folders and saved items, and sending your selected material to an AI model to generate your study content. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Where your data lives

Your account, files, and saved items are stored with Supabase (our database and storage provider). When you generate content, the relevant material is processed by Groq (our AI provider) to create your flashcards, quizzes, guides, or notes. Both are established providers with their own security practices and privacy policies.

4. Who can see your data

Your study material and saved items are private to your account — other users cannot see them. We don't share your personal information with third parties except the service providers named above, which are required to operate the app.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete individual resources, saved items, and folders inside the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us and we'll take care of it.

6. Children

Notiq AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top.
